Foreign Trade Department has the following documents:
- Licence of the Serbian Radiation and Nuclear Safety and Security Directorate, confirming that the Foreign Trade Department satisfies all the prescribed requirements for conducting import, export, sale and purchase activities related to ionizing radiation sources and their transport, safe storage and keeping in its premises.
- Decision on the registration of the low-risk radiation activity of trade in radiation sources without storage
- Decision on the registration of the low-risk radiation activity of trade in radiation generators with storage
- Decision on the registration to perform the moderate-risk radiation activity of trade in radiation sources with storage, categories III, IV and V
- Decision on the registration to perform the high-risk radiation activity of trade in radiation sources with storage, categories I and II
- Decision on the registration of the low-risk radiation activity – transport of dangerous goods of class 7
- Decision on the registration to perform the high-risk radiation activity- transport of dangerous goods of class 7 – transport of radioactive materials
- Licence of the Ministry of Health, confirming that the Department satisfies the requirements for wholesale trade in medicines and medical devices.
- Decision for wholesale of trade in medicines
- Decision for wholesale of trade in medical devices
SRPS ISO 9001:2015 Certificate confirming that the "Vinča" Institute of Nuclear Sciences - Foreign Trade Department has established a QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM related to the trade in pharmaceutical and chemical products, radioactive isotopes, accompanying reproduction material and equipment, customs brokerage and forwarding services- SRPS ISO 14001:2015 Certificate confirming that the "Vinča" Institute of Nuclear Sciences - Foreign Trade Department has established an ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM related to the trade in pharmaceutical and chemical products, radioactive isotopes, accompanying reproduction material and equipment, customs brokerage and forwarding services
